    Had a great time with friends at this charming 5-star spot! We visited the historic opera house and strolled through beautiful gardens nearby. Comfortable rooms offer a relaxing stay, but prepare for some walking to get to your room. Overall, it's a solid choice for a fun group getaway.

    It began early in the morning and disrupted our sleep. Though the hotel itself is cozy, the surroundings could be an issue for light sleepers.

    I loved the location of the Ambassador. It’s right in the center near the opera house and easy to walk to major attractions. The room was spacious and tidy. The staff were polite and provided helpful recommendations for local dining options. However, I faced issues with noise from the street. The soundproofing wasn’t great, making it difficult to relax at times. I also expected more from dining options. the breakfast was overpriced for what it offered. Additionally, I encountered a frustrating situation with room changes. I requested to freshen up before check-in but was denied. This lack of flexibility was disappointing. I didn't feel valued as a guest during that experience, especially after multiple requests for assistance during my stay. Regardless of these challenges, the hotel’s charm and central location made the most of my experience worthwhile.
